Alexsandro Orlando
Alexsandro Orlando has been working in the culinary industry for more than 20 years. His father, Antonio, started cooking at world renowned restaurants like Valentino in Santa Monica. He would eventually leave and open his own successful series of restaurants, Fresco, Cavallino & IL Palino. Fast forward 15 years later, his son Alexsandro has followed in his footsteps by creating a fast casual build your own concept but still serving his family recipes from his hometown in Southern Italy.
